The hotel has a beautiful structure and is situate in a great area near Tahoe City and the beaches, which makes it convenient for outdoor activities. However, the A/C in the room was quite loud and not effective during the hot summer nights, affecting sleep quality. While the accommodations offered plenty of space with thoughtful amenities, the presence of noise and lack of effective air conditioning were significant drawbacks.

We had a fantastic time at this resort, especially for the Spartan Race. The accommodations were spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable family stay. The access to outdoor activities made our experience even better. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and it was a bit disappointing that some facilities were closed during our visit in the off-season.

Rooms

Our room was spacious with a cozy fireplace, and we loved having access to a kitchen. However, it was slightly older and felt a bit worn.

My recent stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic for outdoor activities and offers easy access to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some service issues and noise disturbances during the night. While the rooms were well-decorated and spacious, they lacked effective temperature control, which affected my comfort. Overall, it has great potential but needs improvements in service and soundproofing.

Rooms

The Village at Squaw Valley has a fantastic location with convenient access to lifts and nearby amenities. The spaciousness of the rooms is a plus, and the staff is quite accommodating. However, my stay was marred by multiple maintenance issues and outdated room features which detracted from the overall experience. With some updates, it could be a stellar spot for a getaway.

Rooms

I found the rooms to be spacious, but they felt outdated and needed some repairs. Our balcony was cramped and not enjoyable due to the proximity to dumpsters.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, just steps away from all the amenities of the Village, and I appreciated the convenience of having underground parking that allowed easy access to my room. However, the service left a bit to be desired, especially with the housekeeping not replacing towels and some odd questions they asked. Overall, it's a decent place but could improve on a few areas.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious, featuring a kitchen and two baths, but it was egregiously hot during my stay. The kitchen faucet was also falling off, which was inconvenient.
Service

The team was generally friendly and helpful, but they folded back up our dirty towels without replacing one of the days, which was a bit concerning.

The location was perfect for exploring the Village and accessing nearby hiking trails, making my trip quite enjoyable.
